All orders are posted from our little studio in Sydney, Australia via Australia Post.
Australian customers enjoy free shipping on orders over $200.
For international customers, postage is calculated at checkout based on your location. All international orders are sent with tracking and DDP (delivered duties paid).

We ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are currently being fulfilled in 1-4 businesses days.
When will my order be posted?
I endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible - most orders will be fulfilled within four business days.
As a small business, order fulfilment can take a little longer during sales events - we value your patience and promise the fabrics are worth the wait!
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $200. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping on international orders.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
As all fabric is cut to order, we regretfully do not accept returns or exchanges. Please get in contact if you require assistance with your purchase.
🇺🇸 USA tariffs
The United States government recently announced new tariff arrangements for goods sent to the US. Simply put, fabric sent from Australia to the USA is subject to two taxes which stack on top of one another.
12.5% tariff on Australian products
14.7% tariff on cotton products
= +27.2% extra cost for orders sent to the USA
This has replaced the old 10% tariff, which ended on 23 July 2026.
This cost is imposed by the US administration, and paid by you by being built into the price of each item in your order. You will not be required to pay anything further when your order arrives in the United States.
We are still shipping orders to America as usual!

Ohjanna has suspended shipping to the EU temporarily while we work on making our website compliant with EU Directive 2023/2673.
